Gregory T. Bigler, M.D.
Gregory T. Bigler, M.D. is a board certified orthopaedic surgeon, fellowship trained in
sports medicine and arthroscopy. Dr. Bigler graduated from Brigham Young University with
a B.A. degree in Chinese language studies. He went to medical school at the University of
Utah and the University of Oregon for orthopaedic training. Dr. Bigler then completed his
orthopaedic fellowship at Harvard Medical School. While in Boston he was a team physician
for the New England Patriots, Boston Bruins, and Harvard athletic teams. Dr. Bigler is
currently a team physician at the University of Nevada Las Vegas and the Community College
of Southern Nevada and has been on the San Diego Padres physician staff. Dr. Bigler has
served as the Nevada delegate for the American Orthopaedic Society for Sports Medicine
(AOSSM) and is currently an assistant clinical professor at the University of Nevada School
of Medicine. Dr. Bigler and his wife, Sally, moved to Las Vegas from Boston in 1991. They
have five children and are recent grandparents.
