Dr. Stewart practices orthopaedic surgery and hand surgery. Las Vegas is his hometown.
He graduated from medical school at Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri in 1981 and then
completed a surgical internship, orthopaedic residency and an orthopaedic research fellowship at
the University of California, San Diego.
Dr. Stewart's residency included emphasis on sports medicine and arthritic joint replacement with
additional training at Scripps Clinic, La Jolla, California. Formal training was completed as a hand
surgery fellow at the Mayo Clinic, Rochester, Minnesota.
Dr. Stewart is board certified through the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and is a member
of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons.
