Milan Patel, PA-C, is a board-certified Physician Assistant specializing in orthopedic surgery. He earned his Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Loma Linda University, where he received comprehensive medical education and clinical training.

Milan specializes in evaluating and treating a broad range of musculoskeletal conditions, including sports injuries involving the hip, knee, shoulder, and elbow, tendon disorders, ligament injuries, and degenerative joint disease. He works closely with Dr. Kyle Hancock in both the clinic and operating room, collaborating on comprehensive operative and non-operative treatment plans. His clinical responsibilities include educating patients about their diagnosis and pathology, assisting with surgical procedures, performing platelet-rich plasma (PRP) injections, providing fracture care, managing sports injuries, and participating in joint replacement surgery.

He has a special interest in biologic and regenerative medicine, utilizing evidence-based orthobiologic therapies for appropriately selected patients with chronic tendinopathy, early degenerative joint disease, and low-grade tendon, ligament, and muscle injuries. He incorporates these treatments as part of a comprehensive care plan that emphasizes rehabilitation, patient education, and long-term musculoskeletal health to help patients return to the activities they enjoy.
