Oct 2023 hurt my left knee getting out of tall truck with no step. Thought pain would go away. Eventually saw doctor. Xray showed nothing. MRI verified partial tear of meniscus. Surgery Dec 23, 2023. Rehab started week or two later. By early Spring, I am back to do almost everything: walking the dog, easy yoga, bike riding. Early Summer I was back to my full, active schedule which included walking with normal stride and slow jogging. Dr. Kang and his team did an amazing job.
