Dr. Hancock diagnosed my injury. I needed a hamstring repair. I told him I wanted to keep playing pickleball and to do what ever needed to be done. We settled on surgery. Surgery at southern hills hospital was an incredible experience. Everyone was amazing and made the procedure simple for me. Recovering was 8 weeks non-weight bearing. I was strict with my discharge instructions and PT. I was back on the court in six months. I need a knee replacement presently but am able to play with a knee brace with no limitations. Dr. Hancock did an amazing job along side his PA Milan. I have received top notch care and continue to receive that care with occasional draining of my knee along with cortisone to keep me going until I get the knee replaced. I am now 61 and play at a 3.5 level and I feel great thanks to Desert Orthopedics.
