Desert Orthopaedic Center’s New CEO, Ryan Luchner, Completes First Year

Ryan assumed the role in 2025 following the retirement of longtime CEO Michael Pendleton, whose leadership helped shape Desert Orthopaedic Center over the course of three decades. Transitioning from a leader with 30 years of established guidance is no small task, but Ryan stepped into the position with professionalism, dedication, and a clear commitment to preserving the values and standards that have made Desert Orthopaedic Center a trusted name in orthopaedic care throughout Southern Nevada.
