The dualPortal approach allows Dr. Lee to easily perform a wider range of lumbar spine procedures than the traditional one-portal technique. Separating the endoscopic camera from the surgical instruments allows for greater flexibility and enhanced visualization, making it a more versatile and powerful technique.
